Individual Coaching & Consultation

About Our Programming: Ryan MacQueen designs every workout program you'll experience. His systematic approach to strength training for women 45+ addresses the specific challenges of hormonal changes while building genuine capability for whatever life brings. Every program is evidence-based, progressively challenging, and designed to work with your body's natural adaptation patterns. Karen and Ryan are highly trained in psychology, nutrition, metabolism, healthy habit development and setting up systems for success.

Ryan MacQueen
Ryan's life has been defined by his dedication to mastery. After facing personal struggles as a young adult, Ryan made a deliberate choice to reclaim his health and focus. Through disciplined practice and strategic systems, he not only transformed his own life but developed a coaching philosophy and personal identity grounded in uncovering others' potential.
He has trained hundreds of people from young competitive athletes to the elderly who need specialized support for daily life.
With expertise spanning all athletics, boxing, and strength training, Ryan brings unparalleled precision to movement and program design. His deep knowledge of physiology, neuroscience, mobility, mindset, personal development and nutrition allows him to create customized approaches that deliver extraordinary results.
Ryan's coaching philosophy, shaped by his boxing mentor's wisdom that "a great coach's responsibility is to discover and uncover another person's potential," forms the foundation of the Tigers Eye Life approach.

Always humble, incredibly gifted, and exceptionally supportive, he's creating a long, happy life with his wife, child, friends and family. He's proof that even with dire circumstances, it's possible to emerge triumphant.
Karen Falkenberg
Karen's journey embodies the transformation possible at any stage of life. From marathon runner (in the left photo below) to black belt martial artist, to a practicing health & fitness specialist, her path illustrates how evolution and adaptation create extraordinary results.
Karen faced a pivotal moment at age 61 when a car accident resulted in a concussion that required her to relearn how to walk. At the time, she was also burdened by her decade long passage through menopause without support or knowledge. So, at 61, two years after the center photo, she was heavier more metabolically compromised and weaker than ever. Her efforts at great health were failing, big time.

Three months into her rehabilitation, she stepped into a gym to heal, discovered strength training with Ryan and her life forever changed. Strength training not only restored her health but transformed her understanding of what's possible after 60.
With a background as a research engineer, educator, leadership coach and psychology professor, Karen brings analytical precision and deep empathy to her coaching. Her ability to connect with clients while creating systems for sustainable change has made her a trusted guide for women. Her own experience rebuilding her foundation makes her the perfect guide for those ready to transform their relationship with health.
Karen has expertise in mindset, personal development and learning and certifications as a Master Health Coach, and as a functional nutrition & metabolism specialist. She's led over 1,000 online group strength training sessions for clients and has found that earring missing in the third photo. She's excited to be celebrating her 68th birthday this year.
